Once we have the data insights, we'll have a strategy session to discuss what business results: i.e, more visitors, better transaction on eCommerce, or conversion on services such as download, call to action, etc. We'll also identify KPIs such as goal conversion, channel expansion, and reducing bounce rates.
This is the stage where we would allocate campaign budget, analyze competition, create keywords and ads and start running them on Google Adwords, Bing/Yahoo, and possibly Display Network.
Every two weeks, we'll have a review and see what's working and what's not and make changes. Depending on business, we'll launch 2-5 campaigns each week and make changes every week.
The commitment is for 3 months, after which we'll review and determine the next steps.
